You may request returns for most items you buy from the website that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page or in Return Policy.

Following are the return guidelines:

1. Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
2. If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given.
3. Once the return is received, you will, in accordance with Refund Policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method.

For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)) or by any other suitable method.

In case of returns the buyer has to send intimation through email to .... or contact through whatsup on +91-... through his/her registered email id or mobile no. only along with the invoice details & photo of the product. The company/seller will arrange the pickup or the customer may self ship with in 24 hrs of the intimation (where pick up facility is not available with the company/seller; self ship option will have to be opted by the customer automatically) to the mentioned company address  ie.  ........  for completing the return process and during receiving, your product will be checked for the mentioned conditions in Return Policy.

Return pick-up is available for eligible pick-up addresses and items, provided there are no shipping restrictions. In case pick-up is not available, Self-Ship option will be automatically opted by the customer. A refund will be issued to your original payment method, in accordance with Refund Policy, once we receive the item(s).
