IX.Cash on Delivery Policy :  

Pay on delivery / Cash on delivery (COD) will be applicable as per mentioned respective product(s) / category(s) / type(s) / range in the website and feasibility to provide COD facility by SHIPROCKET e-commerce logistics and shipping company or by any other way subject to arrangements. No claim / benefits on behalf of the customer will be entertained by the company (Porcupine .) in this regard. The Cash on Delivery may or may not be chargeable for order or product depends on the company policy or the promotion at that particular point of time running for that particular product or order value. This is the sole discrition of the company. The Cash on Delivery may or may not be chargeable depends upon product range, running marketing campaign and company policy time to time basis.

X. EMI Facility Policy : 

This facility will be applicable as per respective bank policies, product/category type and arrangements done by CCAVENUE payment gateway. No claim / benefit on behalf of the customer will be entertained by the company (Porcupine ) in this regard.

XI. Area of Delivery & MOQ Policy : 

The area of delivery and minimum order quantity (MOQ) of the particular product is mentioned in the description of the product. Ordered Quantity of the product should be equal to or more than MOQ. The online order of the customer deemed to be cancelled if both (Area of Delivery and the MOQ) conditions are not fulfilled in the online order placed by the customer. Where The Area Of Delivery is All Over Indian mentioned; it is subject to SHIPROCKET e-commerce logistics and shipping company's shipping/delivery facility available. No claim/ benefit on behalf of the customer will be entertained by the company (Porcupine ) in this regard.

XII. Shipping Policy :  

Standard Domestic Shipping within 2 to 4 working Days in normal reachable areas; 4 to 6 working days for North East States, Upcountry and Village areas; 6 to 7 working days for Jammu and Kashmir, Laddakh and other remote areas of south india . Here working days means excluding holidays and Sundays. International Shipping will be as per respective logistic company used for shipment of the product. All Shipping will be FREE for customer for the cart value above Rs. 499/- subject to item/parcel's actual or volumetric weight is not more than 0.40 Kg. If the weight of the item/product is more than 0.40 kg (for some product or shipment the weight may be less than 0.40 kg as depends on sole discretion of the company/seller) than the shipping charges might/would be levied as specified by the company/website or seller on that particular item/product on that point of time.  

If the cart value is up to Rs. 499/- then minimum shipping charges for Rs. 51/- will be charged for each product or shipment subject to item/parcel's actual or volumetric weight is not more than 0.40 Kg. If the weight of the item/product is more than 0.40 kg (for some product or shipment the weight may be less than 0.40 kg as depends on sole discretion of the company/seller) than the shipping charges might/would be levied as specified by the company/website or seller on that particular item/product on that point of time. 

In case of any unforeseen events like Natural Calamity, Force Majure, Curfew or any other situation in which delivery of the product is not possible, the shipping may be delayed or refund could be made to the customer as per refund policy. No claim / benefit on behalf of the customer will be entertained by the company (Porcupine ) for delaying in shipping of the products.

XVIII. Warranties Terms & conditions :

1. The warranty is confined only to the first purchase of the appliance and is non-transferable. 

2. The Warranty period (both Standard Warranty Period and Extended Warranty Period) starts from the date of purchase of the appliance. 

3. The warranty covers only manufacturing defect in material and workmanship that may arise despite normal operation and usage of the appliance, as prescribed in the operating manual and as per concerned manufacturer's warranty policy. 

4. The warranty is limited only to the manufacturing /workmanship defects in the Product(s). The warranty does not cover any accessories like tripod, cables , switches, wiring etc . Warranty does not cover damage caused due to act of God & force majeure events including but not limited to fire or water damage, electrical disturbances etc.

XIX. Extended Warranties Terms & conditions :

1. Extension of warranty coverage immediately after the expiry of the manufacturer's warranty.

 2. Does not cover any physical or accidental damage, accessories and consumables like plastic parts, filters, compressor, remote, nets etc or any servicing, not authorised by the manufacturer.

XX. Limitation of Liability Terms & conditions :

Under no circumstances shall target or its employees, directors, officers or agents be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all losses and damages of any kind ( whether general, special, consequential, incidental, exemplary or otherwise, including, without limitation, loss of data, income or profits). Only one/single type of coupon or promotional discount can be availed at a time of any transaction applied for depends upon the promotional policies of the said company or website.

B. No Cost EMI Offer Details  : 1 .The offer will be applicable for approved Credit Card EMI transactions for different months tenure varies from bank to bank. 2. Under this offer all users of approved credit card will be eligible to get an upfront discount equal to the value of interest on select products and categories as applicable. 3. Minimum transaction value should be Rs.10000 to convert a purchase into No Cost EMI; the minimum transaction value/amount or tenure of No Cost EMI ie.3 and/or 6 months may varies from bank to bank 4. Terms and Conditions :

12. Any returns/cancellation will be as per Company/Website’s return/cancellation policy. In case of any kind of return/refund in an EMI transaction, interest already billed in a particular transaction will not be refundable under any circumstances.  

13. The Company/Website will not charge a processing fee for availing EMI option. Bank may however charge processing fee or cancellation charges as per the banks policies. Such charges shall be paid by me and will not be refundable even in the event of return/cancellation of the order.  

14. I may check with the respective bank/issuer on how a cancellation, refund or pre-closure could affect the EMI terms, and what interest charges would be levied on me for the same.  

15. The company, website or payment gateway retains the right to modify or cancel this scheme at its sole discretion.  

16. I understand that for select products there may be a constraint on number of purchase transactions that can be made per credit card. Also, there may be a constraint on the maximum number of products that can be purchased under this offer in a single transaction.

The Cardholder shall indemnify and hold Company, Website, Payment gateway and Bank harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorneys fee) that may be suffered by , Bank and/ or seller as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms and conditions, of the terms of user agreement, privacy policy (subject to change) published on the Platform, by Cardholder; (ii) violation of applicable laws by Cardholder; and (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the Cardholder.  

22. All government Levies like GST etc., shall be payable by the Cardholder as applicable at the time the respective Offer. 

23. This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority. 

24. This Offer is valid only in India. The minimum age of such Cardholder shall be 18 years. 

25. Further, as required by applicable law, in the event that the Cardholder makes a purchase of an amount equal to or above Rs. 2,00,000, the Cardholder will be required to send a scanned copy of his/her PAN card on the Platform via whatsup or email, within 2 days of making the purchase, failing which, the purchase made by the Cardholder will be cancelled. The requirement to submit the PAN card arises only once and if it has been submitted once by the Cardholder, it need not be submitted again. The order of the Cardholder will be cancelled if there is a discrepancy between the name of the Cardholder and the name on the PAN Card.

· The EMI facility is available for all products on porcupine-retail.com . The company (Porcupine ) reserves the right to stop the EMI facility against any product sold on the platform anytime without any priority notice.

· The facility is available only for order value above Rs. 3000. The minimum eligible order value varies from bank to bank.

· The company (Porcupine ) reserves the right to temporarily or permanently stop the EMI facility without any prior notice.

· The company (Porcupine ) does not charge the customer any processing or convenience fee for this service

· The EMI plans, tenure and interest are as per the information shared with ccavenue payment gateway/banks. For any concern or dispute a customer should contact the respective bank/payment gateway.

· In the case of cancellations or returns of items purchased on EMI, the company (Porcupine ) will facilitate the refunds as per the relevant refund policy. The customer is advised to check with the respective bank/issuer offering the EMI how the cancellations or refund will affect the EMI terms and of any pre-closure or interest charges levied on the customer.

XXV. Fair Usage Policy :

We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few accounts abuse our liberal returns policy. These accounts typically return most of the items bought or choose to not accept our shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to disable cash on delivery facility for accounts which have high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted by value of orders placed without any intimation.

Return Policy : Returns is a scheme provided by respective seller directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective seller to you.
Returns Window : - 15 (Fifteen) days
General Returns Policy :1. Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page.2. If you report an issue with your Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop, Television, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Microwave, we may schedule a technician visit to your location provided by the respective company. The resolution will be provided based on the technician's evaluation report.3. Return will be processed only if:

• it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
• the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
• the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

• Item received is physically damaged;
• Item received has missing parts or accessories;
• Item received is different from their description on the product detail page ; or
• Item received is defective/does not work properly.

Note:

• A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.

• If your item is not eligible for free replacement due to any reason, you can always return it for a refund.

Replacement only : - For products requiring physical installation, replacement shall be eligible only when such products are installed by the brand's authorized personnel and No Refund will be given for the installed products. In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit. If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 5 (Five) days of delivery or Installation wherever applicable, you will be directed to a brand service center to resolve any subsequent issues. In any case, only one replacement shall be provided.

Refund Credit Policy : The Refund will be made into customer's account by original payment method or by electronic fund transfer with in 5 (Five) working days after acceptance of the returned goods received at the given company address.Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. For Pay on Delivery orders, refund will be processed either to your Bank Account via NEFT or via suitable way.Shipping costs of upto Rs. 100 will be refunded. if any. In such cases, It might be asked you to provide the courier receipt. Note: The seller will not refund the shipping cost incurred in case of remorse returns.   

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 36-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
